AmoRythmo
Immersion Weekend

Connect through movement

Because the most beautiful connections don't happen when we try to impress.

They happen when we feel safe enough to simply be ourselves.

Feel more at ease. Connect with confidence. Stay true to yourself.

Have you ever wanted to approach someone at a dance event but didn't know how?

Did you wonder whether someone was interested in connecting, or how to say no without feeling guilty? Or perhaps you've found yourself losing touch with yourself in the excitement of meeting someone new.

This immersive weekend is designed for anyone who wants to feel more confident, grounded and authentic in connection—not only at AmoRythmo, but in everyday life.

Together, we'll explore how to..

  • Feel at home in your body before connecting with others.

  • Approach people naturally and respectfully.

  • Read and communicate consent beyond words.

  • Say yes with clarity and no with kindness.

  • Receive a "no" without taking it personally.

  • Stay connected to yourself when attraction, excitement or disappointment arise.

  • Enter and leave interactions with ease and authenticity.

  • Find a shared flow through movement without needing to perform.

Rather than learning dance techniques, we'll explore how genuine connection emerges when you feel safe within yourself.

Through movement, playful exercises, partner explorations, nervous system regulation and guided practices, you'll gradually build the confidence to move through social and dance spaces with greater ease, presence and trust.

On Saturday evening, we'll put these experiences into practice during a guided AmoRythmo Practice Evening with gentle integration moments and space to explore what you've learned.

On Sunday afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to join the regular AmoRythmo event, bringing your new confidence into a full community experience.

Who is this weekend for?

Whether you're completely new to contact dance or have attended many events already, this weekend offers a chance to deepen your relationship with yourself—and discover how authentic connection becomes much easier when you no longer feel the need to perform.
