Our values

The following indicators help us to create a common framework to lead us. This opens up a learning field to embody these values more and more and integrate them into our lives.

Consens:
We communicate our boundaries and desires and respect the boundaries and desires of our counterpart.
In our temple, you can experience the spectrum of your sensuality. We mainly celebrate Eros as a life force and have the focus to ride the waves of this energy.

Care:
We move mindfully and consciously in the shared space. We practice self-care and personal responsibility. We are willing and able to ask for support when we need it. There are NO Angels to hold the space, we will be holding space for each other. You will need to decide, who you want to support in case you feel the need to.
In general, we do not offer a therapy space. It is a research space for people who are able and willing to take responsibility for themselves.

Confidentiality:
What we experience here is and remains confidential. Outside the temple, we only talk about our own experiences. We do not reveal identities and do not talk about the actions of others.

Invitation to connect deeper with the tribe of ISTA

We are excited to announce special ISTA Community Temple events, a beautiful gathering facilitated by Laura Deva. This event will also serve as a fundraiser for humans who love to join ISTA Level 1, but struggle to afford it. With every extra generosity above the ticket price of 88.-, YOU are supporting someone’s ISTA training. We will announce who will be supported end of every year.

ISTA Facilitator:

Laura Deva is a renowned mystic, dakini, psychologist and facilitator, who has devoted her life to helping others reconnect with their divine essence. Her work spans various modalities, including non-dual embodiment, shadow integration and soul emergence.

Event Details:

Arrival April:
Between 6 and 6:30 PM
Event from: 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM
After 6:30 pm doors are closed
Official End at 11:00pm
Arrival September:
Between 1:30 and 2pm
After 2pm doors are closed
Official End at 10pm
Potluck: Please bring something sweet or salty for potluck
Do you want to stay overnight?
There is a possibility to sleep in the space, you have to be out latest 9:30 am in the morning, unless you join Kashmiri Massage Taser
(just bring your own sleeping bag and get your overnight ticket for 15.- beforehand)

Rhythmia Dance Studio, Badenerstrasse 551, 8048 Zurich
Transport:

🚄 Public transport: Right at the Freihofstrasse stop (bus & tram), just a few minutes from Altstetten station.
🚗 By car: The parking spots in front of the building belong to local companies, but can be used with a bit of self-responsibility.
There are also a few public parking spaces nearby, for example along Freihofstrasse.
The Letzipark parking garage is another option — just note that it’s a bit pricey (around 30.– for 8 hours)

Good to know:
This is mainly a sensual space. We celebrate Eros as a life force and have the focus to ride the waves of this energy but at the community temple you can also dive into penetr@tion.

This event is mainly a gathering of our tribe to create more connection between us.

Pricing:
With the price of 88.- or 77.- you are covering our costs.

Everything above the price will support our fundraising.
It will be donated to our growing ISTA Community by supporting newbies to an ISTA Training.
